You see the following error message when you sign in to Xbox Live on your Xbox 360 console: The email address or password you entered is not valid. This may mean that youve changed the password or username associated with your Microsoft account, or that youve entered an incorrect password.
How do you Sign into Xbox Live on the Xbox 360?
Press the Guide button on your controller.
Select Settings, System Settings, and then Network Settings.
Select the name of your Wireless Network, or select Wired Network for a wired connection.
Select Test Xbox Live Connection.
Is Xbox Live Still Supported on Xbox 360?
343 Industries plans on shutting down those services on Xbox 360 officially in December of 2021. If you still play on Xbox 360, you still have time but time is running out. For these games, an Xbox Live Gold subscription is no longer needed.
