How do I Redeem a Code on Xbox Dashboard?
On your Windows device, open the Xbox app .
Make sure youre signed in with the account that you want to redeem the code with.
Select your gamerpic in the upperright corner and then Settings.
Select the REDEEM button, enter the 25character code, and follow the prompts.
Why Can't I Redeem a Code on Xbox One?
Some codes cant be redeemed if your Microsoft account is suspended or has a balance due. Resolve all account suspensions and unpaid balances before redeeming the code by contacting Xbox support.
