Launch Rocket League .
From the man menu, navigate to the “Friends” tab at the bottom right of your screen.
Your Epic account name and Rocket League username will be displayed at the top of the Friends List.

Select settings after clicking on the gear icon. Select the account page. Your Epic Account ID can be found under the Account Info.
