Restore Deleted Downloads Folder and Data in Windows 10/8/7
Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Users\Default folder.
Rightclick on "Downloads" in the right side panel and select "Copy".
Navigate to C:\Users\your name folder and rightclick the folder.
Select "Paste".
