How to Login as Local Administrator in Windows Server 2008?

Making the Exchange Server User a Local Administrator

Click Start > Administrative Tools > Server Manager.
In the navigation pane, expand Configuration.
Doubleclick Local Users and Groups.
Click Groups.
Rightclick the group to which you want to add the user account, and then click Add to Group.
