Galarian Articuno will roam around the Wild Area in the Crown Tundra. It'll be sitting on a cliff in Snowslide Slope. Once you get close, it'll split into three and you'll have to pick the correct bird in order to battle it.

What is the Best Way to Catch Articuno?

Your best bet is to use a fire, steel, or rock Pokémon. Once again, you have five minutes to defeat Articuno and kick off the catch sequence. You should be able to catch Articuno by giving it a couple of berries and tossing an Ultra Ball or two its way.
