Use a mouse/virtual mouse; click and hold in the bottom left corner of the chat bar; and drag it around. You can also separate tabs by click+hold on a tab and then drag it around.
How do I Make Chat Disappear Ffxiv?
Scroll Lock key on the Keyboard. L1 + Pad Button on the PS4. Unfortunately there isn't a /hud command to just hide the chat log so if you want to have a cleared UI you have to clear everything.
