First, click the PlayStation button on your second controller to turn it on and open up the login screen.
There, you move over to the “ New User ” box and select it.
After that, just move down to the “Play as a Guest” screen and press enter.

And this is very easy to do so locate your second controller. And press the playstation button to turn it on then you'll be brought to the login. Screen now go over to new user.
