Go to the sign-in. Screen press the triangle button. And then select next in a web browser go to PlayStation comm slash account and select trouble signing in followed by change your password.

Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Security.
Select Security > Password.
Choose and confirm the new password, then select Continue.
