How to Cancel your PlayStation Plus Subscription
Sign in to your Sony account.
Select Turn Off AutoRenew.
Navigate to Settings, then select Users and Accounts.
Select Account, then Payment and Subscriptions.
On the next page, select Subscriptions, then choose PlayStation Plus.
Select Turn Off AutoRenew.
