How To Restart ARK Single Player?
To restart the singleplayer mode on ARK you will have to remove the island and character save files from your PC. After that, you can launch the game again to create a new island and character. However, most players just reset the island and dont mess with the character save files.
How do I Delete my Character on Ark PS4?
On the PS4:
Press the Triangle button. Enter the character's name as confirmation that you want to delete the character. Press the X button to delete your character.
