The barrels are generally located in hidden areas - back alleys, inside glass-walled buildings, or nestled in with regular highway water barrels. Some are located in areas that can only be reached by jumping a vehicle from a ramp.

Midnight Club games were delisted because Rockstar did not renew licensing agreements with publishers of the music used in their soundtracks, at least thats what we were lead to believe. Midnight Club: Los Angeles is the last game in the series, initially released in 2008 on Xbox 360, PS3 and PSP.
