WildStar is now a Free-to-play Game
WildStar fans can say goodbye to its subscription model that launched with the game in 2014. The multiplayer online game is now free to play, allowing new and returning players to experience all of the games content that has been released over the past year.
When did Wildstar Go Free to Play?
Launching on June 3rd 2014, the MMORPG from Carbine Studios and NCSoft only made it slightly over a year with its inital launch subscription model and made the leap to F2P on September 29th, 2015.
Can you Still Play Wildstar?
In case you havent heard the news, Wildstar is shutting down . The scifi fantasy MMORPG by Carbine Studios was released in 2014 initially as a subscription only game. After a series of unfortunate events, the game went free to play in 2015, will be shut down today, 28 November 2018.
