What is Vivid Fallout?
Vivid Fallout is an overhaul of all landscape textures, but also trees, rocks, roads, bridges and some concrete stuff. In many cases I just sharpened the games original textures somewhat, added new normal maps and a slight shadowing.
Does Vivid Fallout Include Vivid Weather?
Vivid Fallout—All in One combines some of the best Fallout 4 texture mods into one package. Fallout modder Hein84 makes some of Fallout 4's most popular texture mods, including Vivid Landscapes, which made it onto Chris's list of best mods for the game (going over that list just makes me want to reinstall).
