How do I Project New Reign Nemesis?

Download and install the tool like a mod.
Go to data/nemesis_engine and run Nemesis Unlimited Behavior Engine.exe.
Check the mod(s) that you want to patch.
Drag the mod to change its priority level if necessary.
Select Launch Nemesis Behavior Engine.
Close nemesis after finish patching.
