The main way is through the rpg training command, where you will have a chance of encountering one of the three types of pets. There is a 4% chance of encountering one, but it increases to 10% if you have a Tier IX and 20% chance if you have a Tier X horse.

It allows two players to marry each other and unlock the hunt together command, as well displaying the username in the profile of the other user. Only one of the two players needs to be a Super Donator or above to unlock this command to get married.
