How do you Farm World Tiers Outriders?

To unlock the next World Tier, you need to kill enemies on the highest World Tier you have unlocked. So you can't unlock World Tier 10 by farming at World Tier 5. You need to be at World Tier 9. You only earn XP towards your World Tier for killing enemies, not for completing missions, so just focus on killing.
