Intel added an incredible 22 new desktop processors to the Alder Lake lineup at CES 2022 on 4 January, but the new mobile CPUs are arguably more interesting. These are split into an HSeries enthusiast, PSeries thin and light laptops and USeries more affordable devices.
What is the Newest Intel Processor 2022?
At an investor meeting in February 2022, Intel confirmed the first 13thgen CPUs are on track to release in the second half of 2022. A more specific release date isnt yet known, but the company already showed off a system powered by a Raptor Lake chip.

Intels 11thgen desktop CPUs are known as Rocket Lake, and launched in March 2021. Theyre currently going headtohead with AMD Ryzen 5000 series, but will soon be updated with 12thgen Alder Lake. This nextgen Intel silicon is expected to include both laptop and desktop CPUs.
