Yes! Your Xbox Game Pass subscription gives you a full EA Play membership, which includes 10% off of full games, DLC, and more. Game Pass Ultimate members can use their discount in the Microsoft Store or EA Desktop Store, while Game Pass for PC members can only use their discount in the EA Desktop Store.

How do I Link my Xbox Game Pass to EA Play?
Go to https://help.ea.com/en/
Log out if you logged in.
Click on the login right upper corner.
Down you'll see "sign in using Xbox live"
After you sign in with your Xbox account it'll tell you to sign in with your ea account.
