Who is Better Harrowmont or Bhelen?
Personality wise he is a better person than Bhelen by far, and much kinder. Bhelen is more of a reformer and deviates from tradition, as he will give the casteless more rights and privilege in exchange for service in fighting the darkspawn, something Harrowmont would never do, and making the nobles angry with him.
What Happens if you Side with Branka?
Side with Branka and preserve the Anvil: You kill Caridin. Branka makes a crown for you and stays there to continue working on the Anvil. Dwarves and Golems assist you during the Blight.
What Happens if Harrowmont Becomes King?
If the Warden joins forces with Bhelen, when he ascends to the throne, he will order Harrowmont executed. It can later be heard from criers, "News of the hour: Lord Harrowmont arrested, pending execution."
Can you do both Bhelen and Harrowmont Quests?
If the Warden should first talk to Vartag, and accept agree to help him, then talk with Dulin after leaving the Assembly, they can be given both Harrowmont's and Bhelen's first task.
