However, the company plans to host a “ global event ” set for “the early part of next year,” the company announced on Wednesday.

The event will have its usual March of the Murlocs, as well as cosplay and art contests for fans. Some major announcements about some of Blizzard's biggest games are also expected during the weekend of BlizzCon 2021.
