In this weeks Quality Control podcast, we discuss the newest edition to the Call of Duty franchise, a battle royale mode called Blackout. Its available as part of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. At a glance, it looks like many other battle royale games on the market.
Is Black Ops 4 Battle Royale Free?
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is one of three free games coming to PlayStation Plus subscribers this July. Black Ops 4 originally released in 2018, and it included the franchises first entry into the battle royale genre, Blackout.
What Game is Blackout a Map On?
Blackout, the very first Battle Royale map in the Call of Duty franchise, is coming to Call of Duty: Mobile. First introduced in Black Ops 4, Blackout features iconic series locations across a vast landscape that will be fully replicated for mobile, including all later map additions like Hijacked and Ghost Town.
Is Blackout Free 2020?
To play, you can download « Blackout Free Access » on PSN or Battle.net. Its a tiny bit more complicated on Xbox One : you have to go to the games main page and go to the little « … » icon next to « buy ». Select that and then free trial to get the game. Youll be able to play Blackout mode, but only Blackout mode.
