Speaking to The Washington Post, Todd Howard said Starfield is "like Skyrim in space," and will feature factions, with Constellation, a group of human explorers, being the main one.
Is Starfield in the Fallout Universe?
In the same breath, Bethesdas nextgen engine will also bring vast improvements to lighting, rendering, and landscaping tech. We know that Starfields setting isnt in the same universe as Fallout or Elder Scrolls 6, but we wouldnt be at all surprised if the developer cram in some nods and references.
