The Nintendo WiFi Connection ID is a unique identification number assigned to each user when you first connect up to the Nintendo WFC. This ID number is required to play games on the Nintendo WFC.

Launch a Nintendo® Wi-Fi compatible game. On the game's main menu, tap or select Nintendo WFC Settings.
Tap any of the empty connections.
Tap Search for an Access Point.
