How to Remove an Icon from a Folder
Tap the icon you wish to remove and hold the stylus over it to grab it. Slide the stylus over an empty space on the HOME Menu or into another folder and then lift the stylus to drop the icon into place. Icons can be removed from HOME Menu completely in the Data Management area of the System Settings.
Can you Delete Face Raiders on 3DS?
It's not possible to remove or hide the built-in software like Face Raiders or Safety Warning at all. 3DSWare can be deleted, but not hidden. If you delete it, you'll have to re-download it.
How do I Rearrange my 3DS Icons?
Use the stylus to select the icon you want to move and then slide it up to the center of the screen.
Scroll through the software list until you come to the spot you want to place the software icon.
Tap the icon once again and slide it into its new location.
