The tutorial world depends on the version of the game that it is created in. Since these two editions will not be receiving the Update Aquatic , they currently use an older version of the tutorial world than the other Legacy Console Editions.
Why does Minecraft not have a Tutorial?
Minecraft for PC was created way before Minecraft for XBOX, and by the time the XBOX version hit the platform, the PC version was already well established, which means fundamental changes to the game mechanics like the crafting menu , or a tutorial world could be detrimental to the game reception.
