Witch Huts are made of spruce wood planks and are on top of Oak Wood stilts. They have a Cauldron and a Crafting Table in the corner, with a Mushroom in a Flower Pot on the window sill. It is dark enough for Mushrooms to spread. Witch huts are often utterly deserted, making them a fair place to spend the night.
How do you Make a Witch in Minecraft?
Find a Villager. First, you need to find a villager and build a fence around him so that the villager can't run away.
Strike the Villager with Lightning. Next, you need to strike the villager with lightning.
Villager will Transform into Witch.
Are Witch Huts Rare in Minecraft?
If AMIDST shows them correctly, I've tried a few seeds which shows that Witch Huts are rarer than Desert+Jungle Temples and NPC Villages. I would say two times rarer. A bit source digging (1.4. 5) shows that they should be generated in the same way as Desert/Jungle Temples as a "Scattered Feature".
