Is there Scroll Lock on Mac?

There is Scroll Lock on the mac but it depends on what keyboard you have.
In the Extended keyboards, it is the F14 key. Either F14 or fn+F14.
In the shorter keyboards without Numeric Pad, it should be fn+F12 or Shift+F12 or fn+Shift+F12, one of this combinations is the combo reported to be a replacement of Scroll Lock.

Where is my Scroll Lock?

If your keyboard does not have a Scroll Lock key, on your computer, click Start > Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard.
Click the On Screen Keyboard button to turn it on.
When the onscreen keyboard appears on your screen, click the ScrLk button.
