How do I Use Karabiner Elements on Mac?
Select the Simple Modifications tab from the Karabiner-Elements Preferences window.
Click on the dropdown button next to Target Device and choose a target device, i.e., the device on which you want your key modifications to be active.
Click Add item on the bottom left of the screen.
How do I Turn on Karabiner Elements?
Open KarabinerElements from Launchpad to ensure that Allow button is shown on System Preferences . Open System Preferences and confirm the Allow button is shown. If the Allow button is hidden, close System Preferences and open it again. Click the Allow button.

Step 1: Download and install Karabiner.
Step 2: Create a profile for the keyboard you want to remap.
Step 3: Select your new profile using Karabiner's system tray icon.
