Navigate to Steam. app in Finder. Rightclick it and select Show Package Contents.
Go to Contents/MacOS/skins.
Copy the folder which directly contains your desired skin.
Paste the skin into Steam. apps skins directory.
Go to your settings in steam and under skins you can set the skin you want.
