Click Java. Click the Security tab. Move the Security slider down to Medium and click OK. The applets on my pages should now run.

In the "Java Control Panel" window that appears > Click the "Security" tab.

In the Java Control Panel, click on the Security tab.
Select the desired Security level.
Click Apply.
Click OK to save changes made to the Java Control Panel.
How do I Fix Java Blocked by Security Settings?
Go to the Control Panel from the Start menu.
Doubleclick on the Java icon to get the Java control panel dialog box.
Navigate to the Security Tab.
Click the Edit Site List button.
Click the Add button in the Exception Site List window.
