Halo Infinite multiplayer is freetoplay and available on PC and Xbox consoles. On PC, it can be installed through the Xbox app or Steam. On Xbox consoles, it can be installed through the Store or Game Pass app.

343 confirmed at E3 that Halo Infinite's Multiplayer will be free-to-play ! Better still, 343 also confirmed that the game will have crossplay, which allows players on Xbox and PC to play together. The multiplayer mode is the only free-to-play aspect of the game though.
