Thats whats happened with the formerly PlayStationonly Vice City Stories, which is today playable by PC folks thanks to a new mod, currently in beta testing.

Its not available on the American PS Store, but is available on some European stores. So for anyone with a European PSN account, you can still buy Vice City Stories digitally and play it on PSP, PS Vita or PS TV. Here is a link to the PS Vita Collection in the Irish store, but you can find it in your local PS Store.
