How do I Start GTA 4 PC?
Go to Steam website and download the application.
Sign up on the platform and register yourself.
Once done, simply search GTA 4: The Complete Edition on the website.
There you will an option to Add to Cart.
Then go to your Cart and click on 'Purchase For Myself'
How do you Open GTA 4 after Installing?
Double-click the game's installer file and it should automatically open with and mount to the virtual DVD-ROM app. Open “My Computer” from your desktop. Inside you should see one of the virtual drives showing the GTA 4 installer. Run the virtual DVD-ROM.
Why is GTA 4 not Launching?
To fix I done the following: 1. Open the steam folder and ({install location}\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV and try to run GTAIV. exe manually.
