Gamers will instead need to have both games on PC and use a downloadable tool to extract Liberty City and move it over. To do this, it will create a custom DLC pack, which can then be patched into GTA V.

Liberty City is a real place, located in Miami, Florida. Miami also being the same city that Vice City is based on.
