start the download and cancel / pause it.
Exit the launcher.
Deleted the new fortnite folder from the Epic Games folder.
Moved the old fortnite folder into the Epic Games folder.
Relaunched the application and clicked resume.

Go to your Library.
Begin downloading the game you already have on your hard drive.
After a few seconds of it downloading, pause the download.
