The Exotic Archive will keep flashing if the player has an Exotic Cipher in their inventory. Players who dismantle the Stasis fragment quests must wait a week before picking up a new one. The OneInch Punch finisher will not kill enemies if the player has the Stasis subclass equipped.
Why is it Telling me to Go to the Exotic Archive?
The Exotic Archive, also known as the Monument to Lost Light , is a vendor and information NPC that you can use to access information about and even purchase Exotics. These Exotics mainly come from the past DLCs and also include Legendary gear which players may no longer get via playing the game.
