How do you Change the Region of a PS4 Save?
You have to re-sign both saves to your profile. Then open up your "overseas" save in advanced mode. Then export it to a file. You then open up your own local save in advanced mode and import that file that you just exported.
Are Saves Region Locked PS4?
You can play any disc on any playstation 4 console. For downloading dlcs and online gameplay. If you start a game with a disc from a certain region, you cannot use it's game saves to continue with a disc from another region. Basically, if you start with a [region A] disc, you must finish with it.
